The pancake was amazing, best pancake I ever had in my life...that was the best!!! It was super delicious...unreal!!! The flat white was ok.

Overpriced lacklustre dessert. It has certainly gone downhill since my last visit a year or two ago. My order was wrong and I was undercharged, the young guy who took my order incorrectly was very apologetic and polite. I feel terribly for him as it appears that he may not have been their long but totally owned his mistake which I do appreciate. However, the young lady at the counter who did not help him and then served other people behind me needs a serious attitude adjustment. As I waited to pay the extra money I hadn't been charged, she looked at me with condescension and told me she was going to serve this other woman first and I'd have to wait. Completely unnecessary and rude considering my order was the one that had been taken wrong and I had the money in my hand. Not only this but, it was obvious she wanted myself and 2 friends to leave so she could get the table sorted as there was clearly some reservation issue. This would not have been a problem however, I was still waiting for my dessert to arrive! The other two friends I was with had already received and eaten their food. When mine finally arrived, it was obvious it was a panicked job as it was basically a blob of ice cream on the usual brownie pan with some strawberries thrown on it. No sauce, or care taken... I certainly will never be back. Get your staff some proper training, help them when they're new and maybe have a chat to the thing on the counter.

Desserts are very nice here! And it gets busy, because they cook really well. But the restaurant is much too bright - feels like a hospital and the lights should be a warmer shade. Please don't include tutti fruiti flavoured marshmallows with chocolate drinks. And the thickshakes are far too small, not worth $8.50. Thanks

Delicious...I have no other words. Service was great. Delicious delicious. Make sure you book on the weekend, very limited seating so you will need to make sure you book ahead to get a table. The cookies are warm and delicious, no wait time at all to get your food. You won't be disappointed.

Was out in Launceston and felt like an after dinner coffee. What a great place. Designer cup cakes and other delicious goodies. Well done Charlie's for a well presented shop and great customer service.

One word: DELICIOUS! The portions are quite large so can definitely share if you’re not a dessert competitive eater. Staff is super nice also.

We ordered takeaway and it took so long for our order to come out that people who came in after us were served and finished their dessert before we left. The food was also very average. I was expecting a little more that a half raw cookie with a blob of icecream as a "sundae" and the waffles were bleh

This is well worth a stop! Save some room in your belly!

Delicious!! If you like chocolate and hazelnut, definitly go for the Ferrero Rocher Brownie Pan! Yummy!
