Go here regularly, Ordered a pickup at 610pm for collection at 630 to arrive and be told it's still a 25minute wait, that's why I called before coming in and ordering the girl on the phone told me it would be ready in 10mins and we asked to make it 20 and when rocking up being told this we wasnt happy we did pay for the order however after waiting another 5 mins we didn't have anymore time to wait so asked for a refund. The guy was rude and said uber orders come first and between placing our order and collecting they had heaps of uber orders which is understandable however when someone calls and places and order for collection at a certain time I find it really unprofessional. Not the first time we have experienced bad service here. Shame as the food is great.

Ordered 1kg of spicy buffalo wings, what a complete waste of money. The wings were tasteless and soggy. The cheese burger was a slop and inedible. Also ordered pork ribs which didn't arrive, but got a refund from Ubereats. The only edible item from the order was the chips. Even then, nothing special about them.

Maybe it's not my type of burger, but both our burgers (the crowd pleaser and the clunk n mad) were average. The crowd pleaser was bland, the clunk n mad just an over powering spice, the chicken was moist but flavour lacking (or just over powered by the sauce). The chips were yum though, would be nice if they asked if we wanted the sesoning, as it wouldn't be some peoples thing. Atmosphere was lacking, all the staff were just sort of standing around. Nice place though, clean and tidy.

I'm a repeat customer of charlies. It has not once let me down. Got the barnyard burger and a side of brisket today and as per normal it was phenomenal can not recommend this place enough!

The food is good but last time I waited over 45+ mins for my food. People who ordered before me + delivery drivers were having their food prepared at reasonable times whilst I was stuck waiting. I understand that the burgers are loaded and are absolutely huge but the value of money is way too high for what you actually get.

Sooooo tasty but so so full lol don't go there until you're absolutely starving!
