The service here is bubbly, happy and nothing less than spectacular, such service should draw a crowd alone. The food is only bettered by devine selection of coffees, weather milk or straight it is worth a seat and a moment to savour

Really nice coffee spot located just under the round house. Quirky setting and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for good coffee and atmosphere Xp

If you are in the centre of Freo - head down High st towards the round house and you will discover this gem of a cafe. Food is sooo creatively presented- it’s like eating art!
Lovely meal and very friendly staff. Coffee was really nice, and meal sizes were filling. We had the apple crumble porridge and the chilli scramble with bacon.
More people are discovering the great food, service and atmosphere of Chalkys. Had to wait for an outside table this morning, not surprising now that the weather is perfect. Dog friendly as well. Few new staff since last visit.
