Food wasn't that great but customer service is very very good.

Good food.

The food is one of the best in Sydney and good for 5 star. The low rating is for 2 reasons. 1. They push to decide menu in short time and will not allow to enter till menu is decided. 2. If the restaurant can't support the Service NSW condition of allowing food voucher for 7 days including public holiday, they must stay away from the program. Simply stating that they'll not accept voucher at time of payment is not good. Another Suggestion Make the menu in larger font.

Very Nice food… and cheap. Fully packed by 1:00pm and get it lightly busy by 2:00pm.

Good food but make sure u have plenty of time n not too hungry as wait time could be more than expected

With 5000 plus reviews, my review is not going to make any difference. This place is awesome, whenever I feel down, miss my home country food I head to chatkazz. These guys serve soul food. I have tried EVERYTHING in their menu and EVERYTHING is amazing.

Excellent taste . We had our best food at chatkazz. But service was pathetic. We ordered starter , 2 mains ,drinks and dessert. But starter came after we had our dessert after multiple requests. Front person taking the name is very biased . Would recommend to go this place if you can wait for 30-45 minutes.

Food here is tasty and good for the price. Love the chola bhatures. Service is quick and friendly enough.

Treat tasting delicious Indian street food and more. I was reading reviews and I totally understand people’s frustration regarding waiting to be seated. It’s a very busy restaurant. Parking is a pain and there’s absolutely never a spot to park near the restaurant. These are the reasons we always UberEat or takeaway our food from Chatkazz. Or go during the day when it’s less crowded. That way we enjoy our food stress free;) Our favourites are butter masala vada pav, pav bhaji, all sorts of chaat, potato frankie and Bombay Chinese. If you like spicy, delicious vegetarian food then Chatkazz is the way to go 👍

Very exciting vibe and courteous staff - though they struggled to understand basic customisation requested (and got it wrong). Menu is lacking proteins and some dishes could be improved. Unnecessary code ordering system on piece of paper
