Great India street food! The closest it gets to the real thing in Sydney! Long wait times though - but well worth it!
This place is heaven for everyone coming from India who would like to taste the delicacies of their state. They have a wide variety in their menu. The service is pretty good and fast. Only down side is if you go unplanned, you would have to wait around 15-20 mins to get you placed. They're open 7 days a week including public holidays and the must haves are - Pani Puri, Theple, manchuriMa and chinese.

The best Indian vegetarian restaurant in Sydney. Please have the patience to wait in the queue, seating is congested and with tiny tables However you'll ignore it as the food tastes yummm !!!
