Carl's Jr. Kilburn

Severely declined over the last year. Poor customer service, items have significantly and obviously different ingredients to what's on the menu, regular errors in orders.

Loved the Berger..& the drink refill...chips had a nice flavour but we're not crisp..

We enjoyed the food and staff were friendly.

Amazing burgers, tried for the first time this week and ended up going twice. The taste of the burgers is sensational and priced accordingly I believe. Goodbye hungry jacks, nice knowing you haha

Can you rate less than 1 start. OMG, 50% of a meal order was just woeful. Ordered 3 chicken burgers, and 1 cheese burger and just horrid. The chicken had the consistency of something that had been road kill and then left at the side of the road for 3 days. The chips were cold, the cheeseburger was, well it appeared it may have been rescued from the trash it was that dry and cold. The staff have no idea on what to do if someone complains, taking back 2 meal items with the smallest out of them. I guess they mean well with "enjoy the rest of your day" cos there sure as hell, wasn't anything enjoyable about this experience. Carl Karcher should be spinning in his grave knowing how bad the Australia Carl's experience is.

Gave 2 stars because staff were freindly.. would have to be the worst thing iv ever ate..need to improve have no idea how they have lasted so long

Much better burgers and healthier than hungrys and maccas.. their fires are great too.. maybe $2 dearer than the the competition but you dont feel bloated and sick when full just nice and full like you should when you eat. Now in saying all this this one is no comparison to the one newly built at westlakes. Maybe its because westlakes is new and they are striving to impress. But the difference is huge. Kilburn just seems to be slapped together with no love like its just another day at the workshop. Where you can noy fault the care and time taken at westlakes to deliver you the best service each and every time. I hope they hold up that standard and dont revert to basic customer service one running for a while. Also the costomer service is a noticable difference at westlakes yes you still have to wait a while for your meal its so worth it where as kilburn. A snobby attitude is what gets you from A to Z. And i day Z not A to B because its such a long wait... If you ever need a all round quality assuranxe guy to pick up you business all round quality im your man. Lmao 😂✌👌😀 In saying all this its so much better than the nasty competition like hungry jacks and McDonald's and you wont have a early heart attack while feeling sick from each meal.
