Manager was so lovely!!! Hyping up his team you can tell everyone was really enjoying their shift!! 🥰 Delicious food also but cannot stress enough how wonderful the manager was

We love Carl's Jr. Good quality burgers at a good price. The meat patties are always juicy. There are always consistent and the meal deals are always worth it. This one at Eagleby is in a great stop over location if you are on your way from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.

Food is clone of hungry Jack's, but more expensive. I ordered a "BIG" Carl burger, no lettuce, tomato, onion. More like medium in size, charged $ 2.00 more. Chips tasted like reconstituted synthetic mashed potatoe soaked in salt. Coke watered down, raspberry fanta tasted like battery acid. Hungry Jack's next time. Red a review saying food was great, person has no taste or trolling.

The yummiest breakfast burgers my partner and thought to date we have ever had... especially being from a fast food place! Reasonably priced, friendly customer service and my food.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff are a bit flat, but courteous enough. They've never made a mistake on my orders.

I've been to this restaurant twice and omg this place is amazing you got way better food for your money will always choose this place over McDonald's

A snazzy looking spot! I have visited here twice. Service was only ok. Person taking the order was pleasant and polite. Person delivering the order to the counter, displayed no customer service skills. Not a disaster though, she wasn’t rude, just bordering on it. I got a jalapeño burger with fries and a “sundae”. The Burger was good value. The fries were surprisingly (for such a place) soggy and only a small amount. I had asked if they did sundaes and was told yes. When it arrived, I think the server had been trying to please me the customer, because the “sundae” was the smallest example of such a thing I have ever seen. Overall, my experience was, ok product (except the sundae and chips), average service, price was what I expected. McDonald’s is over the road. I think the “guarantee” is more solid there. Carl’s Jr. I found to be a place of much promise and with a bit of work they might fulfill it.

My son loves this place. Pleasant staff. Fixed or order promptly when an item was not added.
