Great food great atmosphere you're going to love it

I take a group of around 20 here every year. Never again. Sat 24th was crowded, busy and noisy. Staff inefficient and uncaring. Several sweets and coffees never came. To cap off a bad day I left last only to be told one of the meals had not been paid for. Everyone in my group had gone so I paid for the extra meal. On enquiry, no less than four people informed me that they witnessed the meal concerned (a senior's roast) had been paid for. Our group will not return to this venue under this new management.

Party of 10 with 1 wheelchair. Staff were attentive, meals were quick and everyone enjoyed their selection. Prices were reasonable.

Disgusting display of secruity staff mark & lisa have absolutely no idea of customer relations would never vist or spend money at this venue again & would highly recomend not going there for a function absolutely appalling service

went to a function there saturday night over zealous and under trained security staff absolutely destroyed what should have been a great night very dissapointed

i attended my nephews 21 st birthday here on saturday night was having a wondeful time until security would not let the smokers back inside the venue ruined my nephews birthday i am very upset for him
