California Pizza Kitchen

I must admit the first time we came here (when it first opened) we were really disappointed. But the other day we thought we would have another go. We both chose a lunch special (small plates). I had the spicy Calabrian chicken wings.. like wow. They were so tasty and filling. My husband had the Spicy buffalo cauliflower - he loved it.. great meal, well priced. The only downside, we were waiting to be seated for ages while the young host chatted to a waitress in front of the kitchen. We nearly sat ourselves down.. other staff were very friendly

Went for dinner. Agree with reviews on the wait however it was a Saturday night and busy. The pizza was nice. Nice to have a gluten free option. View is worth the waiting around though. Probably wouldnt go back .. seems like they need more floor staff... feel a tad sorry for the ones that were there they were run off their feet

I love the buffalo cauliflower and the California veggie pizza. The sparkling peach cranberry mocktail is so refreshing. The young American waitress is super accommodating and friendly

Over priced roast veg salad, + $6 for salmon chunks, + way too much balsamic dressing. Very disappointing. Boys enjoyed their pizza and pasta tho.

Friendly, fun staff and sensational food! Our first experience and we were very impressed. Aaron, our waiter, was the man of the night - he patiently described the various food choices, flavours and sizes, ensuring we were able to make well informed decisions on our meal selections. And we chose well! Great experience. Look forward to returning with the family.

Jamaican Jerk chicken was one of the best pizzas I've had. Very nice place and the staff were very friendly. Was a good spot to have lunch with our kid. Prices were up a bit but what you'd expect to be paying in Hillary's.

Wait staff were lovely. Nice location. Table overlooking the water. Small tasting plates were delicious-tortilla chips and guacamole and garlic cheese bread. Two of us ordered cheeseburgers which were delicious. We also got the roast vegetable salad with seared salmon and a flame grilled steak. The steak was a bit dry and tasteless, would have been better if served with a few veggies. The worst thing was waiting over an hour for our mains to arrive. There were only 4 of us. Looking around everyone seemed to be having a long wait on their food. Have been here once before with a larger group for dinner and we waited over an hour also.

Our waiter said he would look after the table and did. All our food was a good quality. If you're looking for a safe bet this place works.

This place was a total pleasant surprise as it looked like it served only pizza but it does so much more. We went in on the draw of a happy hour and ended up ordering food. The wine was nice but the best part was the food - soooooo yummy and some keto options even though they didn't set it up that way - highly recommend this place- great SERVICE as well. Thank you
