Truly Amazing pizza.
Food was great ...
Delicious pizza! Great views!
Went here for Sunday breakfast to celebrate two family birthdays. Service was a little slow, maybe because we were at the far end of the restaurant. Baked eggs: a little dry. Omelette: great! Sunny Side Up Pizza: PICK of the bunch! You don't come to California Pizza Kitchen for a haircut - you come for PIZZA!
The California Vege pizza is most definitely the best pizza I have ever eaten in a restaurant! The thin and crispy base was fantastic and the toppings were fresh and incredibly tasty. I got it with the goats cheese, which was an extra $3 making it a $27 pizza but it was truly worth it all day long. The wagyu beef cheeseburger was also delicious and the cheesy potatoes that come with it were super delicious. There was a bit of a wait which surprised me as there was barely any people in the restaurant, but there is a nice view and lots of activity around the place to sit and watch while you are waiting. It is well worth the wait. Everything was incredibly delicious and we will most definitely be returning in the future.
Decent atmosphere; really casual and relaxed. In terms of customer service, it was alright; it could do better. Food and drinks are slightly overpriced, but I suppose that it would be decent for someone who wants to treat themselves. In terms of the wait time, it was decent, ordered a mediterranean pesto and it came after 14 minutes (pretty good considering that it was busy during that time). Drinks arrived promptly so that was definitely a plus in my books. In terms of taste, I was not fond of said pasta; felt that it was little bland (Was disappointed). Drinks, however, was pretty good (ordered the Citrus Adobo margarita- Was savoury sweet with a bit of a kick). Would I give it the benefit of the doubt and come again next time? Possibly, more likely for the drinks.
Great view and friendly staff. Came here for happy hour, very pleasant experience, the pizza I had was realy nice, my wifes burger was great and the crispy potatoes were super nice. Its not your five star dinning, however it was open on a public holiday the down is the 15% surcharge fee, apart from all good.
Great ambience and delicious food. Conscientious service.
service was ok ordered buffalo cauliflower n jerk chicken pizza. both delicious. the buffalo source was hot but I cant stop..
We went for Valentine's Day dinner and being from the States I was super excited to try the food. It was delish (just like home) and service was great. So good in fact we went again a month late. However, this time had the opposite experience. This time we attended for a saturday lunch, service was lame with no water or drink refills, one meal was the wrong order, overall food wasnt as nice or enviroment. Maybe it was an off day but with an hour-ish drive I wont find myself craving it again after our last visit. So sad :(
