Buza Chicken

Perfect food, I can say I’m a big fan of Buza and recommend it to everybody, I have more than 30 orders on delivery food Apps during stage 4. But I was so disappointed when I finally ate in the restaurant, the waitress is so rude and no service at all, we have to go to the reception to ask for a table, order food, take water and check out. When we ask for a small bowl to share the hot pot soup, the answer is they don’t have one. I tried to use a cup instead bowl, she came to our table ask me with the tone of blame “Are you sure?” Well, it is the only time she came to our table and it’s not for service. And then she keeps staring at me which makes me uncomfortable. When I go to take a to-go box, the waitress hit the box from my hand, remind me it has an extra charge. everything was so rude, I would rather wish I never visited the restaurant, this really broken the favorable impression of here. I think I will not recommend Buza to others until I see the change. Pity for the great food here.

Was an amazing experience, a rollercoaster of flavours and textures, the service is kind and fast, the menu is super clear and have the right amount of options, everything was exactly like I was expecting... I'll definitely coming back to taste the rest of the menu!!!

It doesn’t matter how good the food is, the staff are exceptionally rude. I frequent this place for their fried chicken. We order from them once a week or once a fortnight. Firstly they never get my name right. Secondly there is always a communication problem. The order is sometimes wrong. Today the straw which broke the camels back was them taking my order wrongly, insisted that I placed the wrong order when I repeated my order back to them twice, made me take the chicken all the way back to the shop only to accuse me of eating the chicken. No apology was offered by the staff who took the wrong order and accused me of eating the chicken. Later on the manager intervened to try and calm the situation down and admitted that it was a miscommunication on their part. What kind of establishment would offend a customer who has supported their business during the lockdown? Now things are back to normal so they can afford to be rude to their old customers. Never again will I step through the doors of this ungrateful business.

Food was great!.. but service was pretty poor, called the waitresses over to take our order and we noticed she had nothing to write our order down so i was a bit skeptical if she would remember the order, she ends up trying to repeat it 3 times by going through the menu with us but alas, the rice was forgotten and we had already finished our chicken before asking another waitress if the rice was on its way, but said it was never put in the order - we ended up ordering it but by the time it came to us we were pretty full (rice was quite dry and undercooked), no compensation was offered and they had the nerve to try and charge us 30 cents for the plastic container to takeaway the food they had forgotten and brought out after we were full... TLDR; go to gami for the 5 star experience

One of the staff he look like managrr of the establishment, he did a great job there what a lovely staff and calm manner as well. One of the best fried chicken, the food are just amazing.

Not too bad. There are tons of Korean Chicken places in Melbourne but I’d like to say 99% of them are sucks. But Buza Chicken was fine. If you can not handle spicy foods you better try mild spicy one.

The food here is an absolute 10/10!! I came in recently wanting to eat with my family and the food and service was exceptional. I was greeted with friendly service, quality food and an excellent representation of a Korean restaurant!! I am definitely going to come here again and i will visit often!! :)))

I love the food it’s delicious and I haven’t tasted anything else anywhere else. The service is wonderful and the orders may take a little while but only because the place is a bit busy but they still come fresh and delicious. 100% would recommend
