Burgertory (Prahran)

Absolutely wonderful experience at this place, especially with the lovely Mel. She was so kind and had the best customer service, and so carefully prepares the most wonderful sundaes. The burgers are great and the price is good, love the variety. But Mel really makes this place worth coming back to, shout out to her!

Burgers be bussin, not to mention the chips are extra crispy. The staff were pretty chill aswell.

Simply a 5 star experience. Food came out fast and was delicious, staff were super friendly (catered to dietary requirements and even threw in free chips) and most crucially one of the servers there was singing along to The Cranberries, which made me laugh and definitely was the icing on the cake.. or sauce on the burger... Or something Couldn't ask for much more than that out of a brief dining experience whilst out on the town

One of my most favorite burger places in the country. This branch is easily locatable on Chapel St, has great service and plenty of tables. I had a tiny comment on my order earlier, thanks to JAY whom got it resolved as perfectly as expected!

Restaurant is very good and food was delicious but the staff member I think Mel was very rude. As we were waiting for our take away order and sitting on table but she didn’t let us wait there. As other people were also sitting on other tables but don’t know why she treated us like this. We are regular customers and we were not expecting service like this. Thanks.

You’d expect this place to be busy but we were the only ones in the store. We had Gluttony and one other. It was average good but probably not a place we would go back to. There are plenty of comparable burger joints in the area that perhaps will serve you a better burger in a less attractive venue.
