Service was fantastic

Been here twice. On my first visit I would rate it 5 but my second visit was a huge let down. First time was excellent, we had the wings share combo and a few mains. Everything was well cooked. No issues. However, the second time was very dissappointing unfortunately, as I was really looking forward to it. First of all, we ordered a wing PLATTER, and it ONLY came in drumsticks, where was the other part of the wings? The drumsticks were on the dry side. Not enough sauce to balance the dryness. The two boned wing part is my favourite and there wasn't any... Secondly, the beef brisket and pork ribs we ordered was cold in the middle. It seemed like it was microwaved and it wasn't heated up in the centre. The meat was quite tender but it was cold which turned me off. I thought the meats would be grilled/barbequed fresh. Unfortunately not. Lastly the dessert. We ordered the deep fried ice cream and the chocolate brownie sundae. Deep fried ice cream was average. The sundae was below average. It was just vanilla ice cream with chunks of chocolate dough mixed through. Not worth the $$ we paid for that. I haven't tried yet burgers yet. It might be better. Maybe they just had a bad night when we went...

I, along with 2 family members went into Buffalo Bar on 30th May at around 3pm. Waitress was trying her best but came out with our meals which were not as described on the menu. We ordered 2 x Beef Burgers - meat was stale and on the edge of starting to rot - Brioche Buns on the menu came out as 2 slices of white bread - the waitress did inform us upon delivery of the meals that they had no buns left "but he put Butt loads of other stuff on there instead" Not really a professional statement and in hindsight we should have complained about the bad smelling meat and we should have been informed before delivery of the meals that there were no brioche buns. We should have also been charged accordingly for white bread sandwiches, not Brioche Buns. Really disappointing experience - I actually think we were lucky to have not have got a dose of food poisoning - the smell of the meat could not have been missed by the chef surely. Not good guys - just really "sloppy" service all round.
