Went there for my birthday lunch and was pretty confused about the menu and the servings and the unlimited bread per person(?!) The servings are pretty small but the food there is absolutely amazing!

Really great food in a nice setting. Had a big variety of breads and dips which were all delicious. Also a large selection of beers, wines and spirits.

Absolute beauty of a spot in Freo - the atmosphere is incredible in here. It's a heritage listed building with it's own bakery inside and an industrial vibe. The setting is amazing. It only gets better as the food comes out. Oysters to start were some of the best i've had. Swordfish and Lamb Ribs for mains were incredible. Open kitchen too so you can have a sticky beak at what's going on in there. Would highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been and enjoys modern Australian cuisine (and good bread!).

Beautiful food. Seating is impersonal however I expect that they are recreating the trestle table feel that suits the theme and atmosphere of the resturant. The service is top class, great price , excellent wine list and menu selection.

Definitely worth a visit. Welcoming and warm layout, despite the massive size of the place! As for the food, expect quality rather than quantity - exceptional quality however. Never had a bad meal/experience here. Consistently delicious and fresh dishes made by people who clearly have a passion for sharing amazing food. About $20-30 for brekky and a coffee per person. Not too bad considering the time and effort that goes into the meal (it’s not just your standard bacon and eggs - check out their menu).
