Borsch Vodka & Tears

There is no question that the service is fun and enthusiastic. Staff are great. The food, however, seems to be an afterthought to the Vodka and overall plan. We would have to rate the food as average and menu offering underwhelming. It is not a fine dining experience. Some acoustic treatment wouldn’t hurt as it was hard to hear the staff over the ambient loud people noise. We probably won’t go back.

I'm soo sad this place is closed - went to their sister restaurant on Chapel street today instead. It was nice but it doesn't replace this place. All the best to the owners and staff of After The Tears; thank you for providing such a lovely experience for your customers! We miss you!

Baptiste and the rest of the bar staff, hands down the best crew on chapel street. Favourite bar and recommend as a must visit to any and all. #1 bar on chapel.

Came here on Sunday 15/11/2020 with some friends for brunch. The cocktails and food were SO GOOD! The pierogi tasted just like the traditional ones I had in Poland. The staff were also super lovely and informative, highly recommend.
