Bookplate in Canberra - Questions and answers

I am visiting Canberra on Thursday August 15 and want to bring an elderly couple to the cafe for lunch. Do you serve soup or sandwiches as I know they don't like big meals and prefer something under $20? Thank you

Think I saw cafe has soup on it's menu at downstairs cafe. Try checking out NLA Cafe Menu online. Not cheap food but looks good ! Great surroundings ! Hope this helps !

Yes, at the southern end of the building ( left of the stairs at entrance)

If I book a table for 10 on a Saturday morning at 10 am is the reservation for an hour? and can we sit outside?

Last week it still was not possible to sit outside...sadly. Uncertain about time per table - 1 or 1.5 hrs duration. I'd give them a call on 62621154 before 2.30pm
