Bombay Kitchen

Well worth the wait. The goat curry was phenomenal..one of the best we have ever had. The new waitresses were still learning so the service was not impeccable but the food definitely made up for it. Highly recommended this Indian restaurant. Thanks for a lovely night

We had visited this place four times in last week during our stay in Cairns. Staff was very friendly and polite. Food was very delicious and up to the mark. They made everything fresh and did not use the same sauce for all the dishes, as every dish tasted differently. Thank you Bombay Kitchen, will definitely visit you guys again whenever we come back to Cairns.

Awesome experience in Bombay kitchen. I reached at Bombay kitchen tonight with my whole team for celebrating my birthday we booked a table and we received a beautiful table and greeting. In fact the ambience of Bombay kitchen was awesome. Moreover, it was my first time with Bombay kitchen and we order around 15/18 curries some entrees, drinks, naan bread( the charcoal one cooked) all were amazing in fact I got a complementary cake which was the cherry of all that. I would love to come here again and highly recommend to everybody. Visit this place.

My family had an absolutely awesome meal at Bombay Kitchen!! We felt so lucky to find this restaurant open on a public holiday and when the food arrived we were SO GLAD that we did. The owners made a special meal for our 11 year old, and three extremely tasty curries for the adults. It was a busy night but we had the best service from the friendly and helpful owners. Can’t recommend this highly enough!!! We are every bite!!!

I went there last night with my friends and the taste of everything which would be ordered by me was delicious by my experience. Loved it. The place was hygienic and clean. Ample amount of seating. Staff were polite to the customers & they were too professional. I refer to dine with your friends,  family & loved ones & i bet you will be appreciated it very much .

We had our dinner here, food was good and authentic. Service was good except for the fact that there were two young waitress may be on their first day and were taught very strictly rather rudely by an another experienced waitress. I personally would not like to be treated like this. I hope owner look into staff training personally to avoid such unpleasant atmosphere for the new staff.

Yummy yummy and tasty food. Staff friendly and help you with the best suggestions. The naan bread with paneer very good, maybe I miss more piece of paneer in the plate. Place clean and cozzy with Indian music and decorations.

We’re currently sitting in the restaurant waiting for the food we ordered over 90 MINUTES AGO. No apologies, we are stuck here like waxworks at Madame Tussauds. The food might be amazing, will we ever find out? Customer service is the poorest I’ve seen. Food update.... Was it worth the wait? Hell, no!!! Did they drop half a tin of salt in the food? 2 hours wait, I was very hungry and could only manage half of my meal. I don’t ever complain about food, I really don’t, but I cannot recommend this restaurant. The woman even tried to blame the wait on a new waitress, when it was a guy who took our order. Bad form on her part, then begged me not to leave a bad review. Sorry my dear, but the public have a right to know what kind of place they are visiting. I’m glad I live in Melbourne and I will certainly appreciate my local Indian even more now!
