Some of the very best fish and chips I have tasted. The local caught fish extremely nice.

A must try if in this part of town. We tried the snapper and the shark, they were juicy, batter was light and crispy. The chips were chunky and delicious. Both times we went, the place was pretty busy but the wait is bearable.

Had shark that was very good. It dose not taste much fish but is very nice and juicy to bit in! Very friendly staff that recommended the shark to us.

Well... Where to start? Made order at 5:30PM, and it took 45 minutes from ordering to completion. Admittedly it was peak time, but I would imagine Linda could tell us the wait time. Came here earlier in the week and it was great. However, this time the servings were absolutely tiny (I know a place where you can get quadruple the amount of chips I got, for a lower price!) To add insult to injury, the quality of the chips was extremely poor. They were overcooked and dry, not to mention almost no salt when I'd asked for salt. Appalling service to be honest, and took a fair chunk out of what was going to have been a good evening And this is supposed to be an award winning chip shop. Doesn't seem it to me.
