The service here is never great but you come here for the price. For my experience tonight, I would give 0 stars if I could. The service is so poor, went there earlier tonight and took a number since they were calling numbers. However, customers just walked in and sat themselves down anyway and the staff did nothing to fix the situation. Such a broken system, it was such a waste of time. Not coming back

Sushi was fresh and the staff were friendly. Seating was comfortable, although they weren't very busy for a Friday night (most likely due to COVID worries). Staff was very attentive and the costs were reasonable. It has the convenience of being near the cinema's, so it's very suitable for a quick bite before or after a movie. Date of visit: Oct 9, 2020, dinner time.

This used to be my favourite place ever for sushi. I have been going here for years. I was recognised as a regular customer and greeted with smiles and nods. I haven't been to Westfield as much as usual and when I have it seems to have been on a Monday when the place is closed. Yesterday I went out of my way to go there and it was so different. No smiles, no quick service as before, no offer of a drink and it wasn't as if it was peak lunch time, probably about ten others. I ordered my favourites of agadashi tofu and scallop shell and chose sashimi from the train. The wait for the agadashi was much longer than I'd experienced in the past and I thought they'd forgotten my scallop order and stood up to leave. It seemed it was still being prepared so I sat down and waited and waited. To be fair all the food was the usual good quality but sad to say I just won't be back and I will stop recommending Bluefin Sushi to people. Welcoming staff need to be welcoming and polite and courteous. It takes more than good food to have a successful business.

I just love the softshell crab, scallops, oysters and wagyu beef . The best bits of Sushi creation & wash it down with a choice of beerz or reasonable price & quality wine

Very nice sushi selection and good value special between 12 and 5 weekdays, and unlike others is open Monday too! Sushi chefs work in front of you so is very fresh. I always smell any sushi and was happy it was fresh as can be. The moneybags crab and the battered prawn were really nice, and still hot when put on the sushi train, which is how I like it. I'll definitely go back. Picture shows salmon with avocado and a lot of sauce but most weren't as heavily sauced.
