Black Velvet Cakes

Black Velvet is our go to Sydney cupcake place at our company - and they truly never disappoint. Charm is so wonderful, highly communicative and is always so helpful whenever we make an order. I've solidified myself as a repeat customer because I'm just so happy with not only the quality of the cupcakes (SO GOOD) but most important the customer service. Attached is a photo of corporate cupcakes we got for our branch launch - and they were a big crowd pleaser with our staff.

I would highly recommend Black Velvet. Their Salted Caramel cupcakes and cake (cake topper was our own) were delicious and a huge hit at my Daughters confirmation. Charm was so helpful in taking my order and responded quickly to further queries i had. I cant wait to have another event just so i can order again.

I ordered cupcakes with multiple deliveries at short notice for my team. The team at Black Velvet responded quickly and got it all arranged and delivered on time. The cupcakes were presented beautifully and were delicious. I will definitely be ordering again!

Black Velvet are honestly the best in the business. The staff are so accommodating, respond quickly and highly professional. I recommend BV to everyone. The cakes are delicious and look fantastic. My most recent order was great. Everyone loved it and it tasted amazing.

We ordered jungle theme cake for my son's 1 birthday. Cake was gorgeous and delicious. A balanced sweet too.Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Black Velvet sydney to anybody!!! 1. The sponge was very hard 2. It doesn't look & taste freshly baked 3. It was too sweeter than sugar that i have ever tasted in my life time 4. No one could eat it. It is wasted completely. 5. Poor customer service indeed This is seriously disgusting and terrible. Very disappointing. $150 for such a cake does not worth it. I wish i could get my money back!!

These guys are the best in town! This is now my 3rd order with them through the company (pics below) and I have also used them personally and every time they get it spot on! From great communication to a perfect delivery with no bumps or bruises along the way and the taste, well, just wow, exceptional delicious baking every time. Just as delicious inside as out. They can process your order with plenty of time and discussion and make to order to your specifications but they can also do it with the shortest of notice and you still get the same perfect cake from their pre designed menu. Always express delivery exactly when they say it will arrive and if they have any issues with delivery they let you know immediately and that box opening never ceases to wow its audience on reveal. Thanks guys for being perfectly consistent......and exceptional in all you do. You have my loyalty.

The cake was too sweet and the design was absolutely a disaster! Obviously I shelled out $215 for a cake that a 10 year old would have baked better. My advice - stay away from this place. Absolutely disappointing! I must commend that the customer service was good.

Really happy with the end result! The service (fantastic communication and fast response times) made ordering this very special cake was made so easy by Charm and the team. The custom cake was exactly as I had requested and was absolutely delicious too! I am looking forward to many more cake orders in the future.
