The best steak restaurant in Canberra! I have been an avid lover of the Spanish cuisine for as long as I can remember and the atmosphere, food, drinks and service at Black Fire did not disappoint! It is incredibly exciting that there is a place as special as Black Fire located in the ACT and I am very excited to visit again. Fantastic range of drinks, beautiful food, lovely interior and atmosphere - from the music to the artwork and great staff - special shout-out to Pragya who served us when we went and it was one of the best services that I have had in a long time. She was just so accommodating and was very patient and went above and beyond to host us. The serving of food was generous and reasonably priced considering the quality and most importantly, it was delicious - from the main meal, to the condiments and sauces, to the sides. The desserts were also fabulous and was a great way to finish the evening. We will definitely be back and it’s an easy 10/10 from me! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is after good quality food and meat in a fine dining setting and who can appreciate a good drink or two!

Overall quality of food and dishes in this renown restaurant was reasonable. And I was impressed with professional and welcoming staffs who know their food. Recommended!

The dishwashers felt compelled to prop the rear door open 100%. It was 10 degrees outside and the wind was rushing in causing the relative temperature to feel like zero. It was very unpleasant. The tomato garlic bread was completely tasteless. Even the garlic on it had no taste. The lamb pasta wasn't bad, not much lamb but it was OK. They didn't charge above the whisky price to add coke so that was nice. I can't get over how cold it was. I took it upon myself to close the door 90% of the way and then they just totally opened it again and pinned it in place. I don't plan on going back.
