Black Bar & Grill - One of the highlight dining experiences during my recent visit in Sydney. Situated inside of The Star Casino, the location is sensational but I picked this restaurant by hearing the great reputation of the dishes themselves, not by the location - so the modern, beautiful decor and the great view of the water was a great bonus! We booked just a week before but escorted to the window seat. The food was excellence. Precisely cooked. Very Very Very impressed by the customer service. Very attentive staff （our waiter PARTEEK ， runner DIEGO and MICHAEL） and courteous service. They served my family very well and politely - constantly checked up on our table and made sure that we always had drinks, our table cleaned and that we are happy with our meals. Every server did a great job and I will definitely be going to Outback again with our server.

Black is one of the best steakhouses I have ever been in Sydney. The meat is cooked to exactly as you ordered it. I had the rib-eye and the meat was cooked exactly to perfection. No sauce was needed to be added as the seasoning was perfectly balanced. Meat just melts in my mouth and taste absolutely of heaven. The entrees are delicate and delightfully introduces your tastebuds to what you will be expecting for your meal. Worth every penny!

A very professional and high dining restaurant the is crisp and fabulously decorated. The staff were kind and succinct. The food and drinks came quite quickly so that was a bonus. The oysters were fresh and delicious and the steak was juicy and cooked to perfection. They also went to the extent to provide a complementary dessert for my friends birthday which made this place more memorable in my mind! Awesome Staff!

Absolutely delicious meals for our family. Attentive staff and cocktails surprisingly quick (might have been the early sitting helped). Highlights include the caviar with fresh blinis and the steaks with lots of sauce options. And I ate far too much of the creamed corn!

Great environment for couples and girls night. All waiters are thoughtful and helpful. Tried two recommended cocktails and they are nice. The wool burning steak is amazing. And I love the sides!

Best steak I’ve ever had, honestly it’s worth every penny. The first time I came was with a friend who recommended one of the more expensive grain fed steaks, but the waitress said the chef was doing the rounds and would be over to talk us through the different cuts and marble scores, he actually recommended the grass fed ribeye. We took him up on the offer and I’m glad we did, it melts in your mouth. The sides are very generous too. I’ve been back several times since, never disappoints

We never made a reservation, however this restaurant managed to fits us in the bar area! They catered for us and looked after us the whole night! We were there for just the cocktails and of course the desserts! The chocolate ganache was amazing! Please try if you do visit! And make sure you have your video ready as they will pour hot chocolate all over the dessert, you can watch it melt in front of your eyes!!! It tasted heavenly!!!!!!! Soooooo damn good!! The cocktails were also delicious! So refreshing! I loved the ambience and vibe, so elegant and classy inside. I love it! Next time I will book a dinner reservation! If the dessert and cocktails are amazing, then everything else must be!!! I can’t wait to try 🥰🥰🥰 Only one negative feedback, we ordered 2 chocolate ganache but only 1 came out! We explained to them that it should have been 2 but that apologised and brought the second one out!

Friends and I visited the bar area for a quick drink and burger before Hamilton. Everything was stylish with a fantastic view. Staff were very nice and quick. Bit expensive but if you spend over $100 you can be eligible for free parking.

We went here for dinner before Hamilton the musical. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while and the service was sensational. Nice atmosphere and views too. I’d go back for sure.

Amazing birthday dining experience at the black. The team is very attentive and serving us with awesome steak and seafood entree. Will definitely come back very soon!
