Bistro 1947 Indian Cuisine

ordered for pick up, was ready on time(30mins) food was fresh but serving of chicken corma wasn't as generous as other places (not much chicken). flavours were different to what we are used to elsewhere but still nice.

Food is delicious. Takes about 25min to order. My favourite dish is Murgh Methi Malai with lemon and coconut rice. (Half of the dish, as take out, shown in picture.)

The food here is so amazing and the service is exceptional. Every time! We love coming here. My dad is a regular and they know his name when he comes in - which he loves. 10/10! :)

Great tasty Indian dishes. A must go, easily tailored temperature of the dishes. Either of the banquets are a good start if you don’t know to have, or with a group of people. BYO and licensed with an good wine selection. Bottle shop next door if you want a wider selection. Meal sizes are good as well.

Inedible food, poor service. I called to give them the feedback and spoke with a gentleman who said that he will talk to chef and call me back. Never heard back from anyone.

Friendly atmosphere and lovely staff. Had an amazing meal of Samosa's, Tandoori mushrooms and Chicken Korma. Everything was delicious and could not ask for a better Korma!!! Will be back again and again.

They put wrong trading hours on google maps, they open at 5pm but on google maps they put from midday. so annoying

Great menu, quality food, reasonably priced and friendly staff

The only restaurant with decent Indian food I tasted in the eastern suburbs.
