Food was nice however the environment of the restaurant was very concerning. If you wanted a booth to have your meal you would be out of luck as these appear to be there for the staff to sleep in during the double shifts as we were advised by the Manager that was on duty, this was visible to all customers. When we questioned the Manager about the female staff that had her head on the table sleeping and the male that had his shoes off and feet on the seats we were reassured that the table and seats get wiped down . I asked the question would it be acceptable for me to take my shoes off and put them up on a chair and the response I got was it would be alright as the tables and chairs always get wiped down after the customers have left. We watched a couple sitting next to us leave in which the table was wiped down but chairs weren’t. When we left we mentioned this to the lady at the register in which she responded by saying that they will do the chairs later. Please don’t insult my intelligence by saying this as it is quite clear the chairs were not going to be wiped down.

First night out in a long time and it was fantastic! 🍕Food was great! - pizza was crispy and good size for two and decent amount of toppings. 🍟 Chips were crispy and delicious and great portion for two. 💰 Price was fair. 🍽 Vibe was really nice, the Christmas decorations were a great touch! 📝 Booking over the phone was easy. 😷Great covid rules and restrictions in place. 🤵 Staff were all very friendly and nice.

been to SO many birthday dinners at billy’s kitchen & even had my own 18th dinner there, love the design of the restaurant however having the floorpan so open means if you’re hearing impaired you may have issues hearing your dinner guests on a busy night. overall, decent food & mood lighting.

My wife and I went here for breakfast. I had a large soy latte and the eggs Benedict. We were greeted by a nice delightful lady. The coffee was AMAZING. It was smooth and creamy, not too hot but hot enough to enjoy and the strength was perfect. The eggs Benedict was beautiful. The Wagu Brisket was sweet but had a little kick after. It was tender and juicy. The hash brown brought the crunch and the hollandaise sauce tied it all together. We have been a few times. The first time we went was on our first date a couple of years ago. This has become a regular place for us to have coffee and eat.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!! 16/05/21 3:30pm We do not appreciate the service here. We asked one of the waitresses to put our leftovers (half of an entire large pizza) in a take away box for us. We waited for a while after paying and didn’t receive our pizza back. The girl who had taken our pizza came out and ignored us and started a conversation with her co worker, without acknowledging us. This employee made eye contact with us several times yet refrained from letting us know where our pizza was. When I enquired, she told us that she “accidentally dropped it”. NOT ONLY DID SHE IGNORE US BUT SHE FAILED TO INFORM US SHE DROPPED OUR FOOD WE PAID FOR! Instead she was talking to her coworker and offered NO FORM of compensation. This girl told us to “have a good night” while leading us to the door. Never going back. Cannot believe this...

Have been here for brunch three times over the past couple of weeks and every time I have had an awesome experience! Really tasty breakfast options (would recommend the beef brisket hash browns). Very generous serving sizes and high quality food. The only issue was the coffees I have ordered here have been a bit weak. But an otherwise great experience and I will definitively be coming back!
