Bib and Tucker

Tasty food, love their famous pancakes and some tasty small bites too just to have drinks with their beautiful view. It is a bit overpriced though for some of the portion sizes and staff on several occassions came off as a bit dismissive and acting too busy to care.

Bib and Tucker never disappoints! We had another wonderful meal yesterday and the service is always friendly, efficient and helpful. Keep up the great work and we can't wait to come back.

The food is as good as the views here. Top quality spot for breakfast lunch or dinner. Not cheap, but extremely cool beach vibes and awesome produce.

Classy, but not pretentious. Part of a family lunch after Christmas we decided to try out this restaurant. WOW!, I was pleasantly surprised. We were advised that if we were more than 15 min late our table would be given away, i thought this was an ominous sign...i was wrong. While very busy, all manner of people were there, from dressed to the nines, to shorts and thongs on the deck. The Drinks took a while to arrive, however it was quite busy. I Then started to worry about the food taking too long..well if you want quality you have to wait, and quality was what we got, exceptionally well plated, and delicious. Price was very good for the quality and the staff, well once again the Canucks have shown themselves to be awesome staff. I have had awesome service in Canada and the Canadian student who served us just reinforced this view. Well played all round.

My family and I have been to Bib and Tucker a few times but this visit was so disappointing we won't be returning. I booked in advance for my birthday for 7 people. Just after we'd finished our meals we were told we had to move tables loosing our nice beach view (they had taken another smaller booking too close to ours). No warning, just told we had to go. We spoke to the manager saying it was a bit rude and we were disappointed - she was unapologetic and defensive arguing with us that it was their policy. Bib and Tucker's confirmation email when you book states that there is only a time limit for 4 guests or less so clearly it is not their policy. Being moved was one thing but the way the staff handled it was another. Even when reminded it was a birthday, they remained defensive. We pushed hard for a discount - finally very reluctantly they gave us a meager 10% off. Very poor customer service and so disappointing on my birthday!

We came here based on a friend's recommendation and unfortunately left quite disappointed with the food. The place is nicely located and you can enjoy the beach view from their terrace. We ordered a crab linguine and a pizza, the pizza was ok (mayo on a pizza??) But the linguine were terrible, soggy and very oily. Definitely not fresh as advertised on the menu

Gorgeous location. Bit of a wait during peak times, however they have a nice waiting area and allow you to order drinks till a table is free. The food is a little pricy but is good quality overall, and the menu will have an item for everyone in the group. It can get chilly outside when the freo doctor shows up so ask for a blanket if you need, it’ll be worth it for that great ocean view.
