Betty's Burgers

Food was great but waitress was passive aggressive because they messed up our friends order. Super disappointed in the service we have received as we really wanted to love it here so we could come back. When we asked the waitress to rectify the situation as they never fixed the order she kept saying there was nothing she could do for us until we asked for a refund.

Honestly great burgers and food but the staff are a stand out! Working in the hospitality industry I know service is so so important. Absolutely amazing staff, especially the lovely lady that greeted us out the front with long blonde hair and tattoos. She's a star!

Was served by a very handsome chap named Dominic. Thank you dom, hope to see you there again!

Ordered takeaway there for my sister, service was quite poor. I understand that it was a Friday night, so they were quite busy, but the waitress at the front of the restaurant was extremely rude. Kept calling people "babe", and at one point, when they had gotten the order wrong she spoke to me as if I was a child, when I was not at fault, and later on gave an insencere apology. And when she eventually managed to bring out our food, the order was still wrong, so instead of dealing with it herself she sent my sister in to line up AGAIN to get the rest of her food.

Awesome meal! I got the Deluxe burger on lettuce instead of a bun! Deliciousness 😍 Jess was super helpful too!

Had a great night out at this store. Aurelia waited our table for us and made sure everything went better than expected at all times. Food was amazing, looked and tasted great as always! No problems whatsoever, highly recommend this store.
