Great friendly service. was waiting to order looking through the menu when one of the staff was clearing tables gave some advice on choosing which turned out to be perfect There are a good range of burgers and deserts. I have had both a chickena Nd beef burger which were fresh and delicious. This place is well within my top 5 burger places! Can't wait to try and desert.

Just had lunch at betty's for the first time and it was amazing! The service was brilliant, two young girls out the front helped me to menus and a table!! The beef wasn't dry or burnt, the cheese melted perfect and the fries were hot. We will be back!! Thank you :)

The food was amazing, thank you to the lovely BOH manager- georgia, who was super lovely and friendly at the counter. Best burger I have ever had will be returning again soon!

I am totally disappointed with the food we got here tonight. We spent more than $70 for dinner. I have had Betty’s burger before I so recommended it to my friends and took them. When we received the order, the fries were literally undercooked and we could taste the rawness of potatoes, no salt or seasoning and were just so disgusting. Then coming to the main meal- burgers. we literally threw them more than half. My burger was somehow leaking and dripping, god knows what liquid was that but it was horrible and so moist that I just could not continue. Same issue with other burgers. Just plain disgust, never been more disappointed. and $70 wasted on absolute gutter. Would never recommend to anyone. also lost faith in the franchisee. Can’t even think of gojnf back ever to any other store either.

Betty's Burgers revived my faith in customer service. I don't usually post reviews, so please take this as evidence for truely exceptional customer service. Served by the young man Cooper, we were made right at home which is very good to see from a young man his age.

Food was yummy. But the service trumped the food. We had such nice great service from Brooke. She delivered our meal to the table despite us being given an alarm upon ordering that would indictate when we could collect our meal from inside. It's the little things. Thanks Brooke, good work.

Amazing service from brooke and the group at bettys

I had the only vegan burger on the menu. It was bigger than my partner and I had expected, especially as it was bigger than his more expensive chicken burger. It filled me up and had plenty of fresh lettuce but I couldn't say it was impressive enough to want another one. The small can of ginger beer was very expensive for $9. The thick chips weren't bad but not an adequate size for $7.

Food and service was wonderful. Family friendly, we had our little 1 and 10 year old and felt very comfortable. Will be coming back!
