AMAZING! Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Seated down immediately, got our food so quickly. So happy with this place

Josh is a star! We got in and I needed to order so he helped me to reserve my seat while my family was still coming so I could order. Such a good team actively working together on the floor checking if we needed anything, clearing tables, and manning the front so they could get people in and out while monitoring restrictions. Super happy with the service!

Lunch date with my 8yo daughter. She said the chicken was better than kfc! We both had the chicken burger + onion rings and are leaving with full bellies and empty plates. We’ll be back

Second time here. Burgers are good usually, the classic ones are not massive which is good, don’t like to waste food. You have the option to go big if opt for one of the more fancier burgers or add extra fillings. We ordered the classic Betty and crispy chicken burger. The bread bun was still cold when we received our burgers as if it has just been out of the fridge. But it warmed up quickly with the freshly cooked fillings. The beef burger was tasty but the crispy chicken was skimpy on the sauce, so ended a bit bland. We also ordered the onion rings which was good except tomato sauce will cost you $1. I probably for a $1 get a fancier sauce ;) Beautifully renovated. Great decor. But need to work on the burgers a bit more given it’s a burger restaurant they need to be great or exceptional, not just good...

The food was delicious! Loved it. Jonathan was the best! they have good taste in music and the vibe is great. Definitely coming back and recommend it to everyone.

Betty’s Burgers Castle Towers was fantastic! The food was amazing, I tried the new Crispy Chicken Smash and loved it definitely recommend. The service was amazing, I was greeted at the door and checked up on during my meal by Jonno, who was also a great help by providing me with water and any other needs that I had! Overall I had a great experience and you should definitely come and check them out on your next day out!

Always a great experience when we come here! The staff is always so lovely. Annabelle was a wonderful hostess as soon as we entered.
