Jimmy and the staff at Betty's Burgers & Concrete Co. are amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was fabulous. We had a booking for 15 girls and they were so accommodating. The food was ordered and came our instantly. All the girls loved the food and both the burgers and fries were so fresh. Jimmy was contstantly checking in on to see if we needed anything and even though it was Sunday lunch time and the restaurant was full, they didn't make us feel like we had stayed too long. Highly recommend it!

Betty deluxe burger. The burger has a soft bun an is full of flavour. Counter service was fast but the reason I gave 3 stars is because I’m on crutches. Instead of offering a spare 60 seconds to take my food to the table. They stood by an watch me struggle.

I came to Betty's Burger & Concrete Co. I dropped my drink all over my son's pants and the night was off to a bad start, this was when my knight in shining armour by the name of Rachel came and saved the day by cleaning the tablel and bringing me a replacement. My son and I ended up having a lovely meal thanks to Rachel and the team, will definitely recommend their fine dining to my friends at single dads group. Thanks Rachel

After a good evening of tasty food, we had a server interrupt our evening, insisted we use a QR code and use her name to review her service. She was not our server nor had any interactions with her at any point so, Jessica, I'd appreciate it if you didn't make some dumb competition with your co-workers your priority over how your customers are enjoying their dining experience. Poor form from her and the crew letting down the hard work of those making the food.
