Had one of the best chicken burgers on Sunday. Chicken was nice and juicy, not dry. Sauce was perfect and everything balanced out really nicely.

The first burger they gave had patties that weren't fully cooked, but they quickly fixed that up. Customer service is very good. Happy to come again.

Think my burger was put underwater. It was so soggy when it arrived it just fell apart. Although looking around others burgers where fine. Chips used to be good but no longer as most people didn’t finish them and the chocolate shake was just over chocolate. Used to be nice.

Long waiting time to receive the order. Betty's Burger offered a promo 2x1, but they couldn't make the orders on time due to the high volume, so I waited more than 30 mins to receive the food. If they offer this kind of promotions, they have to be prepared and hire more people to give a better service.

I came in for dinner last night and I was absolutely amazed by the incredible and attentive service from the staff. Jess was so helpful and so were the rest of the staff. The food was so yummy and I will definitely be coming back!

Ella M and Jolo really make this experience at Betty’s so worth while. Jolo’s sense of style is absolutely amazing, and the way he greeted up when we first arrived was very nice. Ella really has a smile and laugh that is incredible and very contagious. Emily was also a beautiful staff member with a great sense of humour, her ability to take orders under pressure is very inspiring. As for the food. It was insanely delicious. Fries and burgers were so perfect, thick shake was perfectly blended and the soft drink had the perfect amount of ice. I will definitely be back to Betty’s Burgers Chatswood and I would recommend to everyone!!!

It was delicious and Ver well presented. The thick shakes were delicious and had a nice texture. And the employees were very nice and joyfully!

Burgers and service were fantastic! Very nice environment to grab a few cold ones and munch on top notch burgers. Madison the waitstaff was extremely friendly and provided above and beyond experience.

Very quick service. Delicious food. Great customer service and nice employees. Easily a 5 star restaurant. I had the chicken burger and it was very nice, the concrete they serve there is delicious as well.
