I had the best burger of my life today at Betty's Burgers in Chatswood. The staff there were incredibly friendly, especially the hostess Sophia who went to great lengths to provide an unforgettable experience. She kindly guided us through the menu and gave possible alternatives to accomodate for my allergy. I cannot recommend this store enough for anyone looking for a tasty meal in the area. Thank you so much Sophia and team! Can't wait to come back next week!

I ordered a deluxe chicken burger, fries and a coke. I cannot fault the service (very friendly, polite and timely. The food was tasty, hot, crispy, soft bun, nice special sauce, fries under seasoned but hot and crunchy. However in terms of value $27 for something done marginally better than KFC or McDonald’s? I nearly gasped when I was told the price. That’s almost 3x what I might pay elsewhere. It’s not even table service or real plates. It’s such a shame because I don’t think I’ll return and I certainly won’t bring my family as it’s way overpriced. I would expect to pay a maximum of $20 for what I got.

Tried the beef deluxe and caramel thick shake today. Pretty good burger and shake! Probably would recommend the French fries because the thick cut was meh. Really friendly and good service, good vibes and aesthetic interior. Outside seating available for warmer weather as well.
