Staff very unfriendly ! Bad service ... And food just so so . It's not worth . Never back here .

Terrible. Asked for extra soy, since they gave me one tiny packet for two rolls. No ginger. Smothered my tempura prawn roll in a disgusting sweet mayonaisse. No freshness whatsover. Don't waste your money. Ate one piece and threw the rest in the trash.

I didn't expect this place to be good. It was exactly what I expected....not really good. They put heaps of mayo on top of sushi which was terrible. It kills the taste of ingredients and flavor of nori, the seaweed. Bento was average and nothing special. A chief was Chinese person and am sure owner is probably likely a Chinese person just as most of Japanese restaurant in Australia. Nothing wrong but just not a genuine authentic Japanese food. I would never go back here again.

Good location and cheap price. The rice tastes not really like Japanese rice. But it's ok with the cheap price.

Bad service, extra fee for wasabi, unnecessary use of plastic packaging when eating in, food on the menu not available because 'kitchen not open' in the middle of the day.

Customer service was absolutely appalling. Did not smile once, was extremely blunt and just made us customers feel like a massive inconvenience being there. Also food could be cheaper for what you get. I have been there 3 times and every time was the same. Will not be going there again. I suggest if they would like to stay in business, they start cracking down on BASIC customer service.

The lady who served me today was loud, was inappropriately and blatantly so rude and abrupt. Unbelievable. When I had finished paying for my take away order, she did not placed the boxes in a carrier bag. When I asked for one, she unhappily gave me the plastic bag and expect me to pack the 2 boxes of sushi myself!! So rude!! She did packed the sushi boxes for the customer before me. What is her reason for doing it differently with me?? It was NOT a busy period, and there were only 2 customers in there, myself and another person. I was so annoyed that i was about to tell her off. Even the Japanese restaurants staff will not do that in Japan and other parts of the world. They need to learn to be more courteous in customer service and learn how not to yell when taking orders. There is no need for that high tone when customers can hear you well in a small surrounding and space. PLEASE train your staff in customer services, you can be fast, but still learn how to be polite and adaptable situation well.
