how do you give this place zero stars? one star is one star too many... they will refuse to seat you if you haven't booked online and payed 50 $ per person and will take your money and refuse to give you a table even if you are 5 minutes late and the place is always near empty. I wonder why... These guys need a class or two on hospitality and working in the service industry.

Had dinner with family. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome, waiter was very accommodating. We will be back definitely!

Food-Amazing! Decor-Pure Class! Staff who ask if you're gonna smash your wine so they can refill your glass - What more could you ask for!

Fantastic restaurant, was served by Tonino who made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. Very flavourful food and extensive wine list. We will be back.

Beautiful meal last night, with excellent and speedy service. Great home made pasta, meals made with local produce. The crispy skin barramundi was excellent!

Amazing staff who are so attentive to your needs. Justin was our table waiter and he was so polite. He was informative on my questions about the food and also had a good humour. I Didnt feel rushed out of my seat just so they could turn tables with another paying customer. Food was sensational, A dance of flavours to ones palette. The cocktails were of high quality. Glasses of water always filled when empty. Worth every penny of money you spend here. Other places could learn a lot about service and management from these guys. Well done Bell Venezia!

I went there with friends, it was quite a windy night on the waterfront. My friend called in a week in advance to book a booth table, only to be told to book it on the website. She put in special requests to have a booth seat. Got there on Friday, the place was empty. We advised we made a booking, they were quick to point us to a small outside table, right at the entry and saying they were booked out. After stating that we had booked an inside table, the gentleman at the desk shut us down saying “ no you didn’t, no you didn’t” So we sat there in the freezing cold wind, our menus all over the place, while we could see inside.. still empty. So we mentioned it again that we would like to be seated indoors. They magically found a spot. Still in the hallway, so still breezy but better than outside. Food was very average, food menu is not very large. We thought we were getting bread to share with the pane casa. It’s very very small. I had the prawn pasta, but it just too plain and the pasta was really hard. Was wanting something sweet but saw that it was only like a mouthful of the dessert that was nearly $20. I don’t know how they can justify that. Cocktails and food very overpriced for such a small amount of food. The waiter we had all night was lovely, and it is beautiful inside. Just wish they put us on a nice table or booth, probably would of enhanced our experience. Obviously reserved for their “premium” guests even when we left there was still many empty seats inside. Definitely won’t be recommending to my friends or family, a lot better Italian restaurants around the Sunshine Coast. Still dirty at them for being told to sit outside in that wind and that they didn’t seem to care about us at all. Waste of money.

Great service, great view, great pasta and a great wine list

$17 for a small glass of wine! This place is a joke! Pizzas were nothing special. Service was good, once someone actually acknowledged us and took us to our table. Never again.
