After reviewing the online menu we decided we would go here for breakfast. The menu handed to us was not the same as the online menu. We went to this cafe for a particular menu item which was not on the menu handed to us. When I queried a staff member about the online menu she had a dig saying “I don’t know why people look at the online menu”. I told her it was because we wanted to know what they served. Why have a menu online displayed if you don’t want people to look at it and it’s not the same menu provided at the cafe? We settled for the only option available to us due to dietary requirements, which was ok but wasn’t a satiating and satisfying meal on its own. The soy they used in my coffee wasn’t barista soy so it was curdled and tasted putrid, it was undrinkable. In a market saturated with cafes, there was certainly no incentive to return to this particular establishment.

They have a surcharge on EFTPOS, what a joke. I wonder if it was worth the 11 cents to lose a customer. Pretty dumb! I could understand if they charged aldi prices... they don't. The coffee was good, but lukewarm.
