Great atmosphere, reasonable prices for drinks and food.

Cheap, quick and delicious, all rolled into a late night meal.

Super nice spot. Tiny space. Half size drinks not many selections but enough. Many Tapas selections. Nice people! Recommend: cuttlefish. Cheesecake. Tortilla(especially when fresh).

The bar is a 10/10, Patty is a great bartender, good at conversations and making people feel welcomed. Also has great bar tending skills and affordable cocktails, great guy and great team!! Thank u

Very dishonest bar where we got charged over $40 for 2 beers, how did that happened? It would appear our tap water was changed for bottled water which added $10 to the bill which we were forced to pay despite never asking for it nor touching it at all, another $10 was added for olives which we refused twice when the waiter offered and only accepted because his insistence led us to believe he was offering them for free while we were drinking, those were also left untouched. Clearly the place is very much focused on making profit to the point it is to wonder if waiters have some sort of sales target

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff. The sangria is really good and the food is exceptional, would definitely recommend for a night with a friend or even a date. They also have the best cheesecake !

If you like an intimate cozy space for a chat, Bar Topa is the place to be. Your conversation will be complimented by a small menu of perfectly executed Spanish tapas and cocktails. I was impressed with friendly service and the general quality of food here, particularly the sauteed mushroom with egg yolk.
