Banksii Vermouth Bar & Bistro

Absolutely brilliant. Had a fantastic night with delicious food. The waiter was so great. He was very observant, regularly filled our glasses with wine and topped up our water. He also gave amazing advice and recommendations. Just an awesome experience over all. Will definitely go back for more.

I’ve been to Banksii Vermouth Bar and Bistro many times and it’s is one of my favourite restaurants to dine at in Barangaroo. Love the great ambience, great food menu. Love the presentation. Great friendly service. Great list of wines and cocktails. My favourite dishe(s) at Banksii are mussels and Mushroom Risotto.

We came to Banksii Vermouth Bar & Bistro on recommendation from a close friend. I wanted to take my partner somewhere nice for his birthday. The food was amazing, cocktails were superb, the trifle was to die for and the service we received from Inga was exceptional! We were both impressed with the caring and engaging way she waited, not only our table, but other tables as well. The way she poured my partner's beer, also worth a mention! Perfect amount of foam 😊!! I'd recommend it!!

Friendly waiters, nice vibe. We tried the Native Australian Menu and we were full afterwards! Also enjoyed the vermouth tasters. Our faves were the mussels and pork rillette. The last three dishes before the yummy dessert was a bit of a salt overload, would’ve preferred something fresh to break it up. Trifle was delish and a nice finish to our anniversary dine.

Great food and drinks. Wonderful location to watch the world go by any time, winter and summer. Can't wait for the new adventure opening here in a few months.

Came here for spur of the moment dinner early friday night and was seated super quick! The servers are great and know the menu well if you're unsure what to order. Food came out very fast (which i def appreciate) and no pressure to leave despite the busy atmosphere. Highly recommend their pate and octopus carpaccio!

Great service, good selection of wine and excellent food. The entrée options are fantastic but very nimble, if you have a group of people you will need to order a few of them. The main dishes are generous and extremely tasty.

This has to be one of my favourite dining experiences in Barangaroo. The service is always amazing and the food is incredible. Excited for when they remodel into the new Tequila bar

My husband and I plus a couple of friends had the 7-course menu for Valentines day at Banksii. The ambience was lovely, staff was extremely attentive, food was served quickly. We had them all so quickly that I forgot to take photos lol. My favorite was 100% the scallops. The burrata was so fresh and honestly went well with the tomato salad. Had the sangria as well but had it had a tiny bit more alcohol, I would have given the review 5 stars. Would recommend a visit - make sure you have a seat alfresco, it’s absolutely lovely! Will also visit again to try their other dishes.

Right next to the water view, this place has an amazing vibe 🙌🏻 Highly recommend the grilled prawns and the risotto. The staff was attentive and friendly, food came out quite fast!
