Always great.
2 x fried duck!! Amazing
Great food with a lot of options, reasonable price and nice ambiance! Went with my group and accommodated well, highly recommend for Thai food in Sydney.
Ordered take away told the lady on the phone that my partner is allergic to fish sauce and to make sure it isn’t in the dish. We went to pick it up and both dishes had fish sauce. Lucky we checked or it could’ve been really bad. But they just don’t care about allergies
Have gone to this place more than a dozen times and my partner and I are convinced that it’s truly the best Thai restaurant in Newtown! They have quite a range of menu to choose from but doesn’t sacrifice the quality and wait time. Would literally get everything here except for the corn fritters and finger rolls (so far the only two that didn’t wow us). Always brings out generous servings enough to have a little more for takeaway. The place you go to if you want to have a happy tummy going home!
It’s winter!! The staff didn’t have any consideration on trying to keep the door closed, the wind was opening and it got so cold inside we decided to change to take away! We were ready to come out for a meal and in the end getting an Uber to warm up the food at home, such a shame!
Bought 2 meals as a takeaway. The massaman curry was a disgusting. Sorry can't be more polite. Just ate it. Huge hunks of gristly meat. Hard to cut and impossible to eat. Heat eaten different dishes before. But I would not feed this meat to a dog. Something went wrong
Cheap. Fast. Quality. I can't complain with this sort of value. Also setting wasn't half bad either even though it is situated on busy king street.
Thought we'd give Bangkok bites a try and was not disappointed. The food is great and the service is just as good. Plenty to choose from in the menu and a fair selection for vegetarians also who can supplement meals in the banquet options. It's buffet too.. second pic shows the entrees being prepared on the spot by the servers/waiters.
The street fried rice was too sweet. It would have been helpful for that to be mentioned on the menu. There was also too much egg, and literally no broccoli whatsoever. Very disappointed with the quality of the fried rice, and feel like it has dropped since I'd had it last. There was no pleasantries whatsoever, no "good afternoon" or "welcome" or "did you enjoy your meal".
