Delicious food, delicious wine but crowded as hell, unless you don't mind sharing your conversation with the tables beside and behind you. Service could be better. But wasn't terrible. They do need more vego & vegan options. All i could eat was the risotto.

My family and I booked a table with a childs seat on a Saturday evening. We booked the night before and received a confirmation email and an hour prior to the booking a phone call. Although I missed the call I called them right back and they said they were just confirming our booking. Upon arrival the woman who seated us was lovely and very welcoming. We were seated at a couch which wasn't great considering we needed a baby seat. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same about our waiter who made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome with our child making baby noises. The food was good and we left feeling pretty good about our experience. But thought that maybe in future we would not take our daughter there with us as it didn't really come off as a family friendly atmosphere. After our evening I was sent a review request to which I left a four star review pretty much detailing all of the above. It wasn't until this morning that I received a reply to which I was absolutely shocked and appalled at the rudeness of the manager replying. Instead of a genuine apology I was met with blame (as they claimed they had tried to call me about the seating arrangement--even though there was no mention of this when I had returned their call) and a very snarky "I'm sorry you felt this way"... but it's your fault not ours?? Seriously? How unprofessional can you get? I then sent off an email to which Luke replied and admitted they had tried to call me and had not realised I had called back and it would have been a miscommunication with one of the reservation staff. If this had been the initial reply of my initial review I would see no fault. He also highlighted that although my review was not 'bad' they were just concerned about their public image. I guess if public image is of concern maybe train or hire staff with some manners and customer service skills who can face problems head on without the petulant reactions to mild criticism. As a result of all this rudeness I just would never return to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for many years myself I am surprised that this sort of behaviour is tolerated at all by higher management.

Good service (we only got takeaway). I will have to try the pastas next time. Not a fan of the pizzas. Traditional Italian pizzas though, I just prefer thicker base.

The white rum on the wine list is terrible never heard of the brand pure cane... Beef medallions off the menu not available at 6pm Wagyu beef requested at well done was cooked med rare Second visit was as disappointing as the first won’t be back

Food was great but the service was not up to scratch. We arrived and no body came to the table to offer water or drink menu for 10min. Ordering drinks through out the night and waited up to 10min for a glass of wine. Place is awesome and the menu is great. I hope when we return the service will be upto scratch.

Delicious! Great customer service and reasonably priced for a fine dining experience. They are still finding their groove as any newly opened restaurant does. If you have a big car I recommend parking street side and walking as there is tight parking space.

Hands down, the best Italian on the Gold Coast if you're looking for something a little fancy or want to impress the other half or potential other half 😉 Food is top notch for taste and the decor is amazing. Service is unbelievable too, very attentive wait staff, something a few other places on the coast could learn from.
