I love Atta. If you're wanting fine dining Indian style, this is the place in Melbourne to go. The food is always beautiful and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere and decor is great. Admittedly, the service is a bit slow. The food comes at a reasonable timed pace, but lots of staff passed our table after we'd finished both entree and main and no one cleared our plates and dishes for quite some time. Even bringing the bill was slow and taking our credit card was slow, and they weren't jam packed. Having said that, the food is heavenly. Everything looks so incredibly good and plated really well. Prices do reflect this, and even with the Entertainment Book, we still paid $60 each for entree and main. This is a restaurant to come to for an occasion. I wouldn't just come casually on a Saturday night unless it was a birthday, or anniversary or something. But you can always be sure of a good, tasty meal that's presented with great care and friendly staff. I totally recommend Atta...........

I visited this restau few days back with my husband and was served by a very generous staff member named Roopali. She was very patient, polite and well informed about what she was to serve us on the table next. She not just suggested us the food options but also made us feel valued and thats what I personally loved about that evening. Nomatter where you go and how much you spend if you are not greeted well then you are in the wrong place. We loved the food and the way it was presented to us, because at the end of the day we only remember how were we made to feel. Roopali did more than just her job and I am grateful to her being so, she is an asset to your organisation. Your restau is sure to touch heights with a team this good and welcoming. Thank you Roopali!

A gem of a restaurant! It was recommended by a friend and the first time me and my wife visited this place was on Valentine's Day. The menu was outstanding, the preparation was top notch, the presentation was beautiful and the hosts were extremely courteous. I have been to fair few indian restaurants in Melbourne and a lot of them are really good but this one just towers above them. For us it easily takes the top spot displacing all of them easily. It's a tad expensive but commands that for a good reason, so If there is a special occasion, time for celebration or you are just in a mood for some mouth watering food - this is the place to be! We have visited this place since then numerous times and they have managed to surpass the quality every single time! Must try - Chidiya Ka Ghosla dessert.. one of its kind! Try the chicken Dum biryani as well. Took me back to the roots in India, only place where I have had such authentic Biryanis!
