Amazing food with best ambiance and presentation u can hope for.

Really delicious food in a stylish modern setting. The owners of Atta have done a fantastic job with the menu and the fit-out of this place. It is clearly a labour of love, with lots of careful attention to detail, and this is reflected in the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Food-wise, I particularly enjoyed the Tandoori Machi with barramundi fillets, a much higher quality fish than you usually get at Indian restaurants. My partner loved the Murgh Khurchan. Worth noting, the serving sizes are very generous and we couldn’t finish everything (as much as we tried!). The service is warm and welcoming and overall we had a fantastic night out. Highly recommended! Forgot to mention, the food is beautifully presented. I wish I had taken more photos!

this place is not "one of the best" but "the best".. it is a bit expensive than other Indian resturant but ambience, taste and hospitality are all ticked.. the best indian restaurant in Melbourne

We had heard about Atta through a friend and were told it was the best fine dining Indian in Melbourne, we thought it would be a great opportunity to enjoy a night out without the kids, so booked ASAP. When we arrived, we were greeted by name by the super friendly host - service was impeccable! The host helped us order and gave us some recommendations to try, not so spicy but amazing flavours on all the 5 items we chose. We couldn't leave without dessert and recommend you do the same, 100% worth the few extra calories!! Highly recommend Atta and have already told all of my friends!

Lovely food and great space. Entees lovely but very small for the price, mains more hearty. The quality excellent. Our carrot dessert was delicious and had lots of complex elements. Another lovely part of the evening was the lack of loud guests. They were busy but it stayed quiet and calm which was such a lovely change! An overall great night and would definitely go back

We went in times of the virus:but they didn’t have any particular distancing measures.. we ordered the paneer kurchan which was very greasy without the fine taste which I expected for the price... I also ordered the veg biryani which was also okayish... not spectacular.. we are familiar with Indian food and expected this to align to our tastes without a lot grease...

Long wait , despite reservation. Gave us drinks menu in waiting lounge.. never followed up to take order 😂 50 min already.. still waiting. ( We came in early by 30min. vs. reservation time though.) Amazing experience in past 2 visits. But today pretty turnoff. Will eat today because I have finally got seat now..... Might be hesitate to come back again soon. 1 star so far... ----- twist in tale now----- Started eating +1 for excellent service. The girl serving us is very good. Free drinks as apology. +2 excellent food. +1 nice smiles... 5 star.

Everything at Atta looks so incredibly good, from the decor to the entres, mains and desserts. The food plated really well and the taste is like something you have never had before, HEAVEN! Highly recommend!
