Atrium Buffet

Dinner was not spectacular at all - just average food, and I found most to be very bland and boring. I have been to the Atrium for high tea & breakfast and thought they were delicious. Just disappointed for dinner. As the bookings were done in sections (ie 17:30-19:30 & next one 20:00-22:00) there were particularly long queues for the food and desserts. When it came to paying for the bill as well everyone had to leave at 19:30 (first seating times) so the wait times were also long for paying the bill. Paying the extra money is worth it to go to Epicurean instead. Atrium felt very rushed.

Can not complain about the food, absolutely delicious and service to the tables was great, however I received a call at approx 3.20pm from Atrium staff to advise they undercharged me for my lunch meal and attempted to take the cost out of my credit card which failed, we gave another credit card number and they proceeded to charge us twice for the remaining balance, I was told, after calling back a couple of times that someone will call me back, no call...not happy, it appears I will now need to chase to get my money back. Disappointment plus!

The buffet prices here are cheaper than the buffet prices of Epicurean. One of the best buffet restaurants in Perth.

A reliable dining experience. Standard buffet fare on the higher end of things. The drinks took a while to arrive even though they were not that busy. But enjoyed it all the same. Will be in a food coma for a week.

Everything was great, but I got a dirty look from a staff member when l asked for more bitters in my strong lemon, lime and bitters. I did ask for a strong one after all. Prawns had ammonia taste, but everything else was delicious. Thanks.🙏

Nice and quiet place for a lunch buffet with friends or family members. Lots of delicious food waiting to serve you.

Superb food, excellent customer service. Staff member Lee did an awesome job this mornings breakfast, hope he's well looked after because he goes above and beyond!!

Buffet is very impressive with wide variety of choice... you want to taste something new,, this is the place be... surely recommend to everyone. my family and I were there and we really enjoyed our evening tasting every variety of food available.. without forgetting their deserts which are good also and a huge range available... you can make your choice.. Looking forward to visit again when they are open... see you until then..

Complaint made: I should of made it then and there. However, I couldn’t get out of the place quick enough. I made a booking for the 23/12/20 at 1230pm. This was supposed to be a birthday lunch to remember. It most certainly was. Please check your cameras and tell me that you don’t see the guy working behind the sweet counter putting back a bowl of smarties, that I returned and after telling him to kindly remove the jar away from the public. He did not. He returned my bowl of sweets back into the jar. You do not return food stuff of any kind back for the public to consume. That to me spells food contamination right there.! I have worked in the catering industry long enough, to know that that is a big no no. The small prawns on offer. Made my friend run south. “Only the floor staff and entry staff got my tick of approval that day.” Sadly at $70 dollars a pop. I would of expected better....

It's my 5th visit in the last 6years and Nothing special about the food anymore, less than ordinary selection and plain taste of dishes. The deserts do stand out. Sadly non of the staff members smiling and we didn't feel welcomed at all starting from the moment we seated to the moment we left. The staff might be overworked or mybe underpaid but the fact remains that i am paying for a service and enjoyable experience which i didn't get and i doubt that i will be taking my family there again
