Amazing staff amazing food. The staff were absolutely lovely. We went early Saturday morning and even though they were busy they were so kind to our two children 5 and 2 years of age. Not only with the way they interact with them but down to putting there milkshakes in plastic containers. 😍 Thank you Ashgrove.
I had stopped at ashgrove cheese factory on the way to Devonport it was fantastic the building was fantastic and you can see how the cheese is made plenty on display and read about staff where friendly and the cheese is great thanks from Rob Melbourne
Top spot for a meal or take away. Great cheese. Butter is second to none. Beautiful organic milk that is so delicious and easy to digest. The staff are very polite and friendly.
This came highly recommended and we quite looked forward to visiting but although it was modern design it wasn't any more impressive than rustic old cheese dairies I've been to. Honestly also if you don't have your cheeses available for tasting then what is the point of visiting ??? The wines were all stored in direct light plus the ridiculous prices of selling items of stock for $x.99 is so last century ..... I wouldn't waste your time
What a great place to visit for everyone. Visited here a year ago and they have extended. Love their ice cream.
What a difference the farm store renovations have made! A great place for a family adventure with great interactive information panels, the kids loved the outside area and a fantastic new menu for all to enjoy. The Ashgrove Farm Store is a must do while travelling down the Highway!
Great cheese options. Not overpriced
Was excited to go to Ashgrove since I heard great things from this cheese factory. We arrived at 4:50pm on the way home from Devonport. Walked in and wasn’t greeted by staff. Most of the cafeteria area was packed up and cleaning had begun. They have advertised closing time of 5:30pm so I assumed they’d start their pack up after 5:30? Maybe things are done differently in Tasmania. Went to look at the cheese and no one was very helpful to us. We got the vibe they just wanted us to purchase and leave. I felt really unwelcome and decided to leave immediately. Won’t be coming back again!
Ashgrove’s new Dairy Door is fantastic! Great stop just off the bass high way. Highly recommended.
There is no doubt why ashgroves parmesan won first place, it's the best
