Nice food and nice service. The staff are very friendly.

So, so vegan/vegetarian friendly. I’ve never been so spoiled for choice with a menu. The restaurant itself is packed full of good energy, herbs, coffee and healthy tonics and even grow your own mushroom kits! The Thai salad was amazing and my boyfriend had the best facon we’ve ever tried (and we’ve tried a lot!!) in his chilli scramble.

Great food, always very busy, so sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but well worth it! Generous serves and excellent choices. Service is fast and always friendly too, without being pretentious like some other Parade spots.:)

Love love love this place. Best healthy food options in Adelaide. Lucky the talking bird is always an entertaining treat and a great range of items for sale too. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and it's definitely worth it if you have to wait for a table. Always quite busy but I know why! Definitely a favourite lunch spot and very kid friendly too. Can be noisy inside but well worth it. ❤️

Absolutely love this cafe. The food is unbelievably good, the staff are friendly, and if you get a seat in the back courtyard there is an aviary with finches, canaries, and a parrot! Only downside is it's mega busy. Even on a week day out of normal meal times there is still a cue for seating. Their new ordering system using QR scanners on your phone does speed the process up somewhat, but turn around time for meal still seems to be about 30+ minutes. The food is definitely worth the wait though.

Nice spot in Norwood and friendly staff. Good choices in the menu but the menu seems a bit too long! Too many items is the sign of mass production normally. The food was very average and a bit disappointing. Spots of carbonised food on almost every thing. Scrambled egg was a bit bland and poached eggs were not cooked perfectly. Coffees were good but salmon was overcooked and dry.

Really nice place with so many healthy and tasty options. Paradise for gluten free and vegan.

Worth the short wait. The Hot Piggies Hotdog was fantastic! Service was prompt and very pleasant. We’ll be back again.
