Heartfelt thanks to the manager who sat us down at the window when he found out that it was my son's birthday. Not everything is decided by money in this world, there is also kindness, because you have to spend $200 to sit next to window and we came with Groupon (which is much less) Loved the food and coffee. 10 out of 10. This is one of the best birthdays for my son. I also want to thank the waiter Sage for his great service and wonderful humor.

We dined at Altitude on Saturday for my friends 40th. It was probably my worst dinging experience to date. We waited in the foyer for 30 minutes to be seated by the hostess. Another 30 minutes to be served (we had to flag down the waiter, no one approached us) and a further 30 minutes to receive our drinks. I am honestly astonished that the service could be that bad. Aside from the dessert the food was below average. I would literally recommend anywhere else in Sydney than this place. I've had better dining experiences in pubs. Maybe they don't have enough hospitality staff with closed boarders, or they have relied too heavily on international visitors to be blown away with the view and care little about the rest of the experience. Whatever it is, it's no excuse. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Great review! Reasonable price however, Very limited menu, lots lots of staff on the floor for a Monday but they don’t know what they doing. First visit on the table 10 minutes later after we have been seated, waiters didn’t take drink order he said he can only take food order. Okay.. than no one came to take our drink order... 10 minutes later we called someone to order wine, Someone else came to take our glasses from table?? We said we’re waiting for our wine. Than different person come to check which wine we ordered? Than turned out that wine was sold out? Ordered olives we got olive oil? Each time we got someone coming back to check our order and try to clean our unfinished dishes. Salmon was over cooked Tuna and prawns unseasoned. I understand few things gets wrong but that was a disaster experience we couldn’t have an conversation on the table had to leave without dessert or coffee to be able to have some conversation. Staff should have sections and communicate better. Manager should acknowledge our bad experience.

Five star dinning and five star experience! Food and wine matching by Elizabeth was exquisite. Service by Fabrizo was top notch, attentive, chatty and a good laugh. Top that off with spectacular 360 views of Sydney landmarks. Made our girls weekend super special, thanks to Altitude and their fabulous team.

The dining experience was 5 star. The food was absolutely amazing, a must try. All Australian cousin and produce 😊 Cocktails avg 40mins. Dining times are set for 2 hr only so order two. The wait staff are friendly and very attentive. Window view is the best in Sydney. I took off 1 star for this reason only, the reflection in the glass makes it very difficult to adjust your eyes and not look at everyone else in the reflection and we did have to wait 10mins standing to be shown to our min spend $500 table. Yes window seats demand min spend for 2, $500 🤑. Enjoy.

So EXPENSIVE... plus surcharge on Sunday's to add to the pain. Not worth the view in anyway whatsoever.
