Great food. Excellent quality. Service is slow due to short staff. Better to dine in. Take away is a nightmare with wait times of more than an hour, specially on weekends after charging a service charge of 10%. The last I ordered a takeaway it took me an hour and 45 Min for the restaurant to hand me the food. Trying to order the food over the phone is another nightmare as it goes straight to voice mail on most occasions.

Nothing good here. Went for lunch, waited 15 min and 2 staff members to get the menu. Waited another 15 for someone to take the order, coffee never arrived, Portions were so tiny that i wanted to order something else, but no staff were available. Wanted to get out of there, but had to wait 20 min for someone to attend the front counter, and to top it all they charged for the coffee which was never served. Had to convince the the staff that we didn't get the coffee. This is the worst $#&% restaurant ever. Thank you very much for taking my money and wasting my time.

Authentic South Indian food in Sydney. You can’t make a reservation so be prepared to wait around 30 mins to be seated especially on weekends. The service was great and quick. Let’s talk about the food - idly was so soft and fluffy+ dosai was crispy and yummy and both served with different chutneys, sambar vadai was delicious, South Indian thali meal was flavourful but portion size was smaller than you would expect. Would recommend this place if you want a good authentic South Indian experience.

The quality of food was extremely poor. Definitely not worth the money. The South Indian meals were extremely spicy and nobody would ever ask for a refill. Our stomach is hurting after the food we had there. I think we would never go back there again. It's hard to find places where quality food would is being served..

The food was good. Served fast as well. But we had to wait around 20 mins just for a filter coffee. Wish the service was better

A2B is one of the best Vegetarian chain of South Indian restaurant !! Bought this sweet from A2B Harris Park on 10th Mar 21 and found fungus formed in less than 24 Hrs. Very surprised & shocked about the quality. Lucky we didn’t eat this before !!

The food was great, it was my first time eating most of it and I absolutely loved the gobi manchurian! The service was a little delayed at times, I think they were either training a new person or they just didn’t know what to do. The sweets of course are my favourite, as I have a big sweet tooth. We got some freshly made Mysore pak which was great.

While the service by end staff were good, the manager was loud while at the front. She's quite loud in her native language. This is not well received. One of the dishes we ordered did not turn up until we finished the rest of the food. Hence, we decided to cancel and move (remember parking around the restaurant is 1 hr). The manager wasn't honest; by saying that the dish is ready. Thereby we decided to have it as takeaway. However, it still took about 20 minutes to get the takeaway box. The badam drink we ordered was extremely sugary; it wasn't authentic. We were not able to get the quantity of sweets we needed. We were forced to get more by stating that the minimum order should be at least 100gm. Making the quantity double than what we needed.
