L 8 2 King William St 5000, Adelaide
I really enjoyed all menus. All of sources, cooking styles and ingredients are great
A flawless dining experience with sensational food and wines to match. We opted for the βfeed meβ menu and were treated to kingfish, octopus, salt and vinegar spuds and the lamb shoulder - despite there only being the two of us - every plate left the table cleared - not even a scrap of meat left on the lamb bone - whoops! The night flowed and so did the wine with two bottles a couple of cocktails to cap off a great night
I've been here a couple of times before and this was the kicker, NYE dinner. It was awesome. The food was amazing, the service was excellent. The ONLY downside, the DJ! The music got too loud in the dining area way too soon before midnight. It made it impossible to talk and we ended up yelling at each other. And his choice of music was very dated. But the food.... The food! Twelve dishes of yum. It was all delicious and some of the best lamb shoulder I've ever had. The crab crumpet was wickedly good, the wagyu tataki with fried okra was brilliant and the roast chicken moist and juicy and flavourful. A fabulous way to send off 2020.
This bar is a must! The staff were friendly, and the menu (both food and drink) was substantial. The drinks were pricey, but there are incredible views of the city, which is worth it. Highly recommend.
Delicious meals, fantastic service and gorgeous views.
We had a fantastic night at 2KW, the food, service and ambiance was perfect. A special thanks to our waitress, Sarah who looked after us so well. I highly recommend!
1st time here. Celebrating my partner's birthday with my sister and bro' in law from Perth Had a great time. Views are fantastic. But service slow and pretty shoddy really WAAAY overpriced and the corridors to get there look like they belong in a bus depot. Lift your game. Even though you have the best views, there are many competitors who offer a better service.
I can't even express how much I love this place . If you love a Martini this is you go to place and the food exceptional.
Great food, great service. Didn't realize how tight the schedule of bookings are when we booked a table. Some of the people from our party arrived a bit later than the original time booked. Staff initially told us we might have to miss dessert cause we don't enough time. But then they were able to accommodate us by getting us a table outside so that we can have dessert. The food was delicious, the slow cooked lamb was perfect and the salt and vinegar potatoes were to die for. Obviously the food is overpriced, but that was expected. If you wanna go somewhere fancy, pricey with but within reason, I highly recommend this place.
Excellent! Service was great, when it cooled down, we were given sheep skin rugs for our seats. The whiskey sour was authentic and perfect. No complaints here! π
