You guys are good on timing, and you guys keep the place nice and clean, So I will rate you four stars. The reason why you guys don't have five stars is because your meals isn't as fresh, I've been too alot of HJ's throughout the metropolitan and some of them are actually quite fresh, But you guys are missing that.

Churros are good, hot drinks are good, coffee is ok, service is so-so and cakes are dismal. Stick to churros, they're hard to mess up this automated. For a store that has a pretty expected rush times, they're always understaffed and make no effort to clear tables unfortunately. Which is good if you like to linger, but bad if you'd like fast service. Time your visit, I doubt the management will learn and put more staff on.

These guys make awesome baguettes and soft tacos...you need to try it to appreciate them! Great little spot to chill out in the heart of Subiaco, definitely worth a visit, I'll be back again!

Relaxed cafe with tasty food and decent coffee. Fantastic shaded seating on the street and a large gallery area out the back. Probably the best option up this end of Hay st. Sandwiches are between $8-10 toasted.

This is a great place to eat. I do not need a kitchen any more. Tonights special "the black burger". Tastes even better then how it looks. Besides the quality food, you feel realy welcome here.

Nice quiet place to come in and grab a good coffee.
Good selection of fresh fruits and veg at market prices. With all your Asian/European/Mexican goods etc. Health foods, ready to go meals, coffees!!!
