Best Banh Mi rolls this side of town. We grab rolls here at least once a week, the crispy pork belly rolls are just epic! Get on board!

Definitely a rare find in Melbourne! Perfectly cooked traditional food from Henan province! Soupy braised Lamb noodles is best with a cold dish salad. Everything else is good pretty good in opinion. Definitely the real Chinese dining experience.

Had the Vietnamese Roast Pork Rolls Banh Mi) at Katrina Cakes. One of the best rolls I've had. Really generous with the toppings. Crunchy and juicy roast pork. Crispy and light bread roll. and it's all for a great price. It's everything a Banh mi should be

It's all gloriously unhealthy, and utterly delicious. When you crave a souvlaki, it's either here or King Jon's in the city. Nowhere else has the touch. Apparently the chicken is tasty too, but I've not tried it. No atmosphere, it's a takeaway but they have comfortable seating if you want to rest your legs while you eat. Friendly staff and careful food handling. Very happy with them.

3.5 Stars - Newly opened with a fresh interior, slightly continental cafe style decor and a pleasant fit-out, it was nice to see a warm and welcoming cafe on this section of Pinewood Shopping Village, conveniently located next to the stalwart Waverley Cinema. Friendly staff and delectable menu options should ensure it is well trafficked, and there was a definite buzz from customers at the novelty of a new locale - the cafe had opened officially on Tuesday. With talk of providing take home meal options in addition to in-house cafe offerings, it should find solid regulars. I ordered a fine bacon and egg roll with a mocha, and impressed with the cakes in the glass cabinet, a hummingbird slice sporting fresh berries (delish!) simply accompanied by a serve of cream.

This is a family run fish and chip shop that has been around for a long time, whilst the decor is old the food is pretty consistent. In my opinion the shop could use with a lick of paint... The staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking out the front. There are a couple of tables inside that you eat there if you wanted. If you ring by phone generally it is ready in 10-15 minutes... There is a good plain burger deal with chips and a drink. We alternate between a couple of fish n chip shops in the area
