I was recently in Melbourne and this place was suggested by a friend - it was a great tip. The venue is relaxed and the staff friendly. Do yourself a favour and order the smoked salmon pizza!

Good local cafe sorting farm to plate philosophy. Fresh local produce with generous portions. Vegetarian options and bon soy available. They also sell lots of local produce directly from the cafe. The owners are the same as Scarvelli.

Good food, great prices and friendly staff
A new owner and manager - same person, and it shows! This restaurant must have changed dramatically as I have nothing but positive comments to make. Personalised and very friendly service and the food was EXCELLENT! The salmon and beef dishes in particular were so tasty and tender - obviously the chef is sourcing top quality meat from an excellent source. It's also a delightful setting. Doesn't it make a difference when you feel genuinely cared for AND be offered beautiful quality food - that's why we like eating out but it's not always what we experience. I highly recommend Eastern Bell and I'll be telling my friends to go there.
