We were cycle touring down the East Coast and got to Scamander at lunchtime just as a torrential downpour started. We huddled in the bus shelter across the road and ate our lunch. In the pouring rain the woman making coffees came over and offered us a free coffee! Awesome generosity and great coffee!

Such a lovely spot! Definitely worth a stop. We had pizza and a side salad. It was freshly made, good quality and very yummy. The service was lovely. The selection of wine and beer is also great! Try the Rosé!

what an experience, this lady really looked after us. Don't forget to say hello to the dogs they are so friendly. Make sure you try the unique icecream that they make on the premises. It won a prize as Tasmania's best ice-cream.

Great meals and service. My husband had Neptune Chicken and I had Boys Special Parmi. Huge servings and delicious. Do yourself a favour and try this restaurant out.

Absolute legends. Friendly bunch of people who provide incredible service and went the extra mile for us. Stayed open later to help us out with fixing a tire saving our trip. Charged us at an absolute discount and we are very appreciative, thank you!
